We are in neighborhoods everyday previewing properties so that when you come to us with a housing need, we know of
five or six homes on the market that will suit your needs. We also use the latest technology to help keep the
Client up-to-date on the market. When a property matching their criteria hits the market, our Clients receive an
e-mail notification with all of the available information. We can then view the home at the Client's earliest
opportunity. We constantly evaluate the market so that we can negotiate a fair offer to close the deal. Once we
locate the right home, our job is just beginning. Our expertise with Inspectors and Contractors assures our
Clients they are purchasing a quality home.

cultural and civic organizations. A former Executive Recruiter, Educator and Business Development Professional, Jane
Ann employs strong negotiating skills to assist her clients with the competitive challenges of the marketplace. As a

Jane Ann holds a B.S. degree in English from the University of Arkansas and an M.S. degree in Education from The

Realtors 2006-2007 Leadership Program, and serves as a board member of the Women.s Council of Realtors�. She enjoys
